Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Working as a firearms instructor at a firing range, Wolfe should have verified that BoaVista's weapon was unloaded and put on the table, before he goes forward of the firing line to collect the target. Also, the weapons magazine should have been removed before it is put down.
