Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

The movie tells the story of a 15-year-old boy who has an affair with an adult woman.

There is a scene implying that a man and woman have had sex as a one night stand. The woman's naked back side is seen, and full frontal nudity seen as she walks past a door.

The teenage boy watches an adult women get dressed. Her pelvic region is quickly seen as she puts on her stockings.

The woman bathes the teenager twice. In the first scene, she is shown nude from the back; his genitals can be glimpsed a couple of times as he undresses and steps into the tub. In the second, he is shown fully nude front and back.

Several scenes are shown where the young boy and the adult woman have sex. The woman's breasts are shown numerous times both in the sex scenes and in others as well. These scenes are shot from the chest up. For example as the woman is swimming in a lake, and her bra is wet and now see-through making her areolae visible.

The teenager is shown swimming naked in the lake, but only his bare buttocks are shown.

A young man is seen fully nude in a long-shot as he quickly sits up from bed.

A young man (and the camera) spies, across the way and down through a window, a man lying on top of a woman as they have sex.

Violence & Gore

Preparation for a suicide is shown, and the suicide is a plot point.

Profanity

Almost nothing in the dialog could remotely be considered profanity.

Several characters smoke occasionally including the teenage boy.

There are no frightening scenes, but in the movie they talk about the Holocaust.
