Not Recommended For Emily Fans

I bought this movie because I love Emily Osment. I was excited for her to get a main role. I also was a fan of the original Goosebumps series.

The horrible thing is its immediately obvious they've ruined this movie as far as Em is concerned. They gave her a horribly fake looking goth image. Maybe if they toned it down it might have worked but they didn't. The second thing is her character along with everyone else is one-dimensional.

What really kills the movie is the god awful acting of the younger brother. That and how anti-climatic it is. Goosebumps was always about the twist at the end and this doesn't have one.

Also the music is annoying and doesn't feel right in a Goosebumps movie.
