This was a very promising episode, set up by a murder of a Marines recruiter. Whoever killed him, then dragged his body over to some military-wannabes training site and tried to make it look like somebody else killed him. That fraud is easily discovered so the hunt is on for who killed the man, and why. The suspects include another military recruiter, a bitter soldier whose brother was killed in Iraq, to the two wannabes....on and on....the "usual suspects" we see each week on the CSI shows.

This is a little different, however, than most of the drunken, young party-type stories we so often see, and was very good in the first half of the show but then kind of just petered out slowly and finished with some unsatisfying endings, situations in which everything was done by accident except that different parties all panicked and left the scene. That is a recurring theme in a lot of CSI shows: people accidentally hurting someone but leaving the scene of a crime.
