This film is available from the Hong Kong web sites. It has an English soundtrack,dubbed from German language. One American actor,Jaymes Butler is in it. The film takes place in Berlin,Germany. At the television tower,a gas main explodes setting off a fire,several people are trapped in the restaurant and can,t escape due to the fire. The fireman arrive,trying to get to them.
