Factual errors: In the opening death scene, the UV tanning lamp is in the bathtub with the victim, clearly still powered. Ryan comments that the GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) should have tripped. Calleigh replies that it did, but not fast enough. The GFCI outlet is shown in its normal (untripped) condition. When tripped, the red RESET button clearly pops out. In addition, the GFCI will trip within 1/60th of a second to prevent just this type of mishap. Bath salts added to the water would tend to conduct electricity around the victim, lessening the effect.
