[chasing Germs through the hospital, Batman corners him in a storage closet filled with specimen jars]Germs: Let me out of here, please! All these viruses and bacteria! I could be... infected!
Batman: I know.
[he advances]
Batman: Now... the man who impersonated Bruce Wane, I want his name.
Germs: I... I don't know who...

"Re Nuyu" is the name of the brown, gooey substance that does the work of plastic surgery, but in seconds! (See the first part in the last episode). However, there are some complications, such as the shape-changing only lasting a very short time.
This second part of a two-part series has some really interesting Terminator 2-type scenes with "Matt Hagen" changing from his muddy Jabba The Hut-type mud monster into various human beings with wild appendages that can kill. Only his buddy "Teddy" is willing to be his loyal friend but the schizophrenic and morphic-like Hagen has too quick a temper for anyone.
Hagan is actually against "Roland Daggett," Bruce Wayne's foe, but he's also no friend of Batman, either.....or anyone, for that matter. His present condition has him 100 percent hostile - period. He morphs within seconds into all the acting roles he's ever had, back to the monster, in and out, in and out - pretty frenetic.
This is a wild show and very interesting, start-to-finish. I'll be glad to see this villain again in some future episode.
