• Continuity: The bead on the radar drastically changes position from one shot to the next, when the team’s transport is being attacked by the mutant flown civilian craft.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Steiner and Hunter are lowering the girls on the rope one of the shots is obviously flipped as the backdrop reverses and Steiner is using his 'left' hand, when it’s his right hand that hasn't been burned.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: With 11:04 remaining in the fight between Brother Samuel and Maj. 'Mitch' Hunter, the camera cuts to an over head shot where both of Ron Perlman hands can clearly be seen, with out the mutated arm.
  
  

• Continuity: When Brother Samuel is going through the files on the soldiers going on the mission he mentions that Valerie Duval has 61 kills but the roman numerals in her file indicate 'XLI', which in fact means 41.
  
  
• Continuity: At the end after Brother Samuel tells Mitch Hunter to jump and have faith, the camera cuts back to Brother Samuel still laying on the round key table, with his mutated right hand now showing normal, whereas it was mutated in the scenes before.
