Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Several infected's buttocks are shown briefly

Violence & Gore

A theme of this movie is the military wanting to get rid of a vicious virus called "rage", which turns people to zombies and has them go absolutely crazy, killing everyone who stands in their way

When people are infected with a "rage" virus they vomit blood and goo, their eyes turn red and they become maniacal and try to infect the non-infected.

A man, who has been infected begins to foam at the mouth, he writhes, yells and flails on the floor, his eyes turn red, he vomits blood, and he attacks a woman punching her several times, biting her and gouging her eyes out with his thumbs, slowly (there is a lot of blood in this scene).

A woman stands near the wall of a house, and she is grabbed by someone from the outside, who pulls on her arm until it rips off (we see the bone and blood and tissue and she screams).

A woman's arm is bitten off, blood spurts, and she vomits a large amount of blood, thrashes and begins to attack other people.

An elderly man is knocked to the ground by several infected people, who bite and pull him apart (we hear him scream, we see blood squirt and he thrashes).

Many infected people run through streets and are shot by snipers (blood spurts and we see the arm of one person shot off, with blood splattering and tissue left dangling).

A man with a crowbar attacks several infected people striking them hard on the head and body (we hear squishing and cracking and blood spurts and sprays).

A man is chased by many infected people, he jumps onto a boat, the infected jump also trying to catch him, and another man who's in the boat is pulled out and attacked (we see blood in the water); the other man speeds away in the boat and it appears that someone is struck by the blades of the motor (the water turns red).

A man panics and clings onto the bottom of a helicopter that's in the air, the helicopter seems to lose control but it stabilizes and flies through large crowds of infected people, slicing them up with its blade (blood splatters everywhere and we see heads and limbs being lopped off); the man clinging from the bottom is sprayed with blood and then falls into the crowd and is devoured.

A man is sprayed with flames and burns; he falls to his knees in flames, and then onto the ground while a boy and a girl watch in terror. When a city is firebombed we see flames blow through tunnels and into a building (in one room a bloody corpse burns).

An infected man with blood streaming from his mouth pounds on the window of a room where two children are hiding; the children scream and the man is shot in the head (blood splatters on the window).

People are evacuated from a compound: they panic and crowd onto stairs and into a train, and infected people force their way into the area and begin attacking many people, who are then they transform and continue attacking (we hear a lot of crunching and gnashing).

A man attacks another man, drools blood on his face, gouges his eyes out, and the man lies still, but then vomits blood, transforms, and attacks other people. A boy is attacked, and he thrashes as he is bitten.

A cloud of gas spreads through streets, four people hide in a car, and the many infected people who pound on the car trying to get them are overcome by the gas and fall to the ground.

A boy finds a woman hiding behind a bed (she has bloody scabs on her face and a bloody nose).

A girl reaches into the pocket of the skeletal remains of a body to pull out keys and several large beetles skitter out.

A boy walks through an abandoned house, and he sees maggots wriggling in a bowl of food.

A boy has a bad dream about his mother being alive (he sees her with bloody wounds on her face then she pulls the skin off her face to reveal his face).

A boy and a girl walk across the underpinnings of a bridge, they walk through abandoned streets, the girl enters a restaurant, and finds decomposing food and the skeletal remains of a body.

We see body filled body bags being tossed into a flaming pile.

Heavily armed military are shown at an airport as people de-plane. Armed snipers watch people from rooftops and peer in their windows.

A boy walks through a street where people are shooting at other people that are around him, and he runs and hides in a building along with other people.

We see a hypodermic needle go into a woman's arm and blood is drawn into a tube.

Profanity

Regular use of words "f**k" and "s**t. "

A family is seen drinking wine with dinner.

A few jump scares throughout, pretty surprising but not strong at the least.

There is a disturbing scene in which a man becomes infected and kills his wife very violently, kickstarting the infection again. It could be very distressing for sensitive viewers.

Many infected people puke blood and vomit in the streets.

Several scenes involve corpses in various stages of decomposition.
