Laughed like a child, cried like a baby., 28 August 2004

I didn't expect very much from this movie based on all the comments I've been reading but I really really liked this movie. Ji-hyun Jun reprises her role as a 'Sassy Girl' and this time the guy from Volcano High (Hyuk Jang) is the victim. The structure of the movie is the same as MSG: Goofball comedy in the beginning and drama in the end mixed up with some fantasy sequences. It works so why change the formula?!?

BUT!!!!!! I have one big problem with this movie and that's the ending. Why suggesting/hint that this is/could have been a prequel to MSG. That made no sense. The movie was too long anyways, so I suggest cutting that sequence out in the director's cut. The movie should have ended with the conversation with Myungwoo at the end. Kyungjin didn't have to find a new guy so soon. The message that 'life goes on' already was very clear.
