As a fan of the classic TV series DOCTOR WHO I was totally underwhelmed by this documentary . It`s just basically a lot of actors talking about their time on the show intercut with clips from the series . The interviews themselves seem to be culled from other documentaries like the Graham Cole ( Best known as PC Tony Stamp from THE BILL who played umpteen monsters under heavy make up ) interview that looks like it`s been pinched from a documentary called CARNIVAL OF MONSTERS a few years earlier and clips are the oft seen ones which every fan like myself will already have on video or DVD , but I guess THE STORY OF DOCTOR WHO was made simply to appeal to the casual viewer and to make the point there will be a new series shown on the BBC in 2005 . In other words it`s a plug
