• Crew or equipment visible: When Aaron and Abe are in the kitchen and Aaron is wiping blood from his ear, the camera crew's reflection can be seen in the oven door. Also a microphone is visible from below and between them.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: During numerous takes the director, Shane Carruth, mutters "cut" under his breath. According to the DVD commentary, this is due to their extremely low budget which did not allow them to "waste" film. Carruth notes that a total of 80 minutes of footage was shot; the final film is 78 minutes.
  
  
• Boom mic visible: Boom shadow is visible on the truck door when Abe and Aaron are at the gas station.
  
  

• Boom mic visible: When Aaron and Will are talking on the basketball court, a boom shadow is visible on Will's shoulder.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Abe and Aaron are in the walk-in freezer at the university lab, at the end of the scene, the knee of a crew member holding the mike is visible when they walk out the door.
  
  
• Continuity: In the scene where Abe is about to reveal to Aaron how the time manipulator works, they are standing in front of the white truck. The 4 way hazard blinkers are blinking then the camera cuts to another one. At that point, the blinkers are off. Then they are on again with the third camera change.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When the scientist leaves Abe and Aaron alone in the incubation chamber, a crew member's knee is seen at the bottom left of the window of the door.
