(2003) Peter Davison is Detective Constable "Dangerous" Davies, a quiet, honroable guy who is the scorn of his precinct and "the last detective" his boss will ever hand a major case, in this low-key British mystery series adapted from the novels by Leslie Thomas. He manages to dig up interesting cases anyway, not that solving them does him any good in the eyes of this superiors. Emma Amos and Sean Hughes co-star. All 4 feature length episodes of the first series in a 2-disc box set.
