There are two sex scenes. In the first, a woman lies topless in bed while her boyfirend thrusts from above. Then she flips on top of him and it is implied (but not shown) that she inserts her finger in his ass. The second sex scene is divided in to two parts; In the first half the woman throws a man down on a bed and thrusts against him vigorously, while pinning him down so he can't move (although it is implied he has reluctantly consented). The shot is filmed from over the woman's shoulder and the silhouette of one of her breasts can be clearly seen. The second half of the scene is filmed from behind the woman. She is still riding the man passionately. He is holding her so tightly that his fingers leave marks on her back. The top of the woman's ass can be seen, though most of it is hidden by bedsheets. Her jiggling breasts are also partially visible. When she is finished, she collapses on to the man and he embraces her.

Afterwards she is seen washing her face, topless.

Shortly after being abandoned by her boyfriend, one woman tells another nearby man that she is convinced they will die soon and all she wants to do is have sex one last time. She seduces him and then they are shown having sex together. After they have already begun having sex, the man questions the woman about using a condom. She disregards his concerns by saying "Don't Worry, I'm healthy." Infact, she is not healthy at this time as she already has the disease that has been making the other sick. The man later attempts to "clean off" his privates by pouring listerine over them.

A woman claims that red marks on her back were made by her one-time lover during rough sex.

A man tells a story and we see a re-enactment of a man murdering many people: the people are bound and gagged, the man smashes the backs of their heads in with a hammer, then hacks off their limbs with an ax (we see a severed leg being used to bowl with and a severed head bobbing in a bowling ball return).

We see an unconscious woman's face and the skin appears to be pulling away from her skeleton (we see her jaw bone and teeth), and a man beats her to death with a shovel (he is splattered with blood).

A man is shot repeatedly (we see bloody holes in his clothes), a man shoots a man and a man shoots another man.

A man shoves a screwdriver in a man's ear, a man spears a man in the back, and a man shoots a dog.

A man stumbles over half a dead body (the other half is shredded and decomposing).

People attack a man with bats and BB guns, the man vomits blood all over a car, he is sprayed with bug spray, and is set on fire and runs off through the woods.

A dog chases a woman, we hear crunching and tearing and see pieces of her body strewn around later, and see the dog licking at a blood-covered mattress next to an unconscious woman.

A man reaches beneath a sheet, touches a woman's legs, pulls his hand out and it is covered with blood.

A woman shaves her legs and as she removes the shaving cream uncovers huge bloody patches on her legs.

A man in a car drives into a deer, that crashes through the windshield, and the man is sprayed with its blood; the deer kicks its hooves, the man shoots the deer and it falls off and onto the road.

A man vomits blood on another person who then vomits on another, and so on, and so on.

People drink alcohol, smoke cigarrattes, and some marijuana.

A homeless man tries to rouse his dog, but the dog doesn't respond. When he tugs gently on the dog's paw, he opens a bloody, gooey tear running the length of the dog's belly and gets the dog's blood sprayed on his face.

A man gently caresses the privates of a woman he likes. Upon removing his hand from the bedsheets, he discovers his hand is covered in the woman's blood. This is accompanied by a sudden, chilling change in the tone of the soundtrack.

A set of marks on a woman's back, made by her lover's hands during rough sex, are shown several times decaying from mere rashes to dark, weeping craters on her back.

A woman in a bath shaves her legs. After a while her razor begins to strip the flesh right off her legs, leaving a large wound of pockmarked, decayed flesh. Despite this, she continues shaving for several more strokes, making the wound more and more gruesome each time. The scene ends with her screaming as she discovers what is happening, and frantically trying to wash her wounds clean.

A woman is chased and mauled to death by a mad dog. Although the mauling itself is shown very out of focus, we later see small pieces of her carcas (most notably, a severed foot) scattered around the forrest.

A woman on a matress rolls over to reveal her face is missing, only the front of her skull remains. She is still breathing at this time.

A man finds a decomposing body in water, he pokes at it with a stick, it turns over to reveal a mangled face, and the man falls into the water, on top of the body and flails around trying to reach a ladder. (taken from kids-in-mind.com)

the point of this movie is that people are getting a flesh eating disease and trying to escape it, and find someone to help them. there are a lot of intense scenes
