This cable quickie is from the director who gave us the AMERICAN NINJA and CYBORG COP series, which ought to give you some idea of its overall quality. Actually, the first half isn't all that bad as a stranded couple is taken aboard a freighter that contains some rather mysterious contents. Once the contents are revealed, the film goes downhill quickly. You can guess what the contents are from the title. Richard Moll is a mad scientist and he at least has the sense to play his role with tongue planted firmly in cheek. Unfortunately everyone else plays theirs as if this were the second coming of the Titanic. They really needed to loosen up and have some fun. Clearly a foreign-made effort, with everyone outside of the principals bearing eastern European names and speaking little or no English.
