I really enjoyed this movie. Jeanne Tripplehorn just sparkles. (I believe she was made to play a 1940s starlet after this.) Her exchanges with the unparalleled Julie Andrews are just hilarious.
Colin Firth and Stephen Fry do buttoned-up British dignity to perfection, beautifully contrasting with spoiled American actors, and Edward Atterton's petulant rich brat attitude is also entertaining.
Everyone just seems to be having so much fun with this movie. I'd recommend it to any fans of British film.
