Trivia:

Sissy Spacek was offered a cameo in this sequel to Carrie (1976) but turned it down. She did, however, give Katt Shea permission to use some of her scenes from Carrie for flashbacks.

Goofs:

Continuity: When Monica sees Rachel at the the make-up store in the mall, she goes over to say hi to Mrs. Potter the cashier. As Mrs. Potter walks away and Monica starts talking to Rachel, from the back shot of Monica, we see that she is adjusting the glasses on her left ear. When the camera goes to the front shot of Monica real quickly, she isn't adjusting them anymore.

Actually a really great horror film...

When I first decided to go see this movie, I said to myself, "This is gonna be another worthless sequel." Of course the curiosity got to me, and I had to go see it on the night that it opened. To my surprise, THE RAGE: Carrie II was a great movie. Although it was not as good as the first film, I must say that it was well worth the $6.00 I payed for the ticket. You should definitely see this movie. Hell, I might even go see it again.
