No-one is credited, and there's no clear evidence as to who was used. However, some have said that it was Jill Mullan, who is credited under Other Crew for "special thanks"....The voice of Korben's mother sounds much like Demi Moore, whom Willis was with at the time, and the voice of Finger sounds very similar to Vin Diesel, though it does not appear on his filmography on imdb.

This isn't on the film's soundtrack album. It's a tracked called Alech Taadi, on the N'ssi N'ssi album by Khaled.
