Continuity: The bowls that Joe Miller puts on the table.
Continuity: Andy's tie jumps about during the courtroom scene where he shows the jury the lesions on his chest.
Continuity: The end of one of the straps holding the oxygen mask on Andy's face is caught under the mask when Joe replaces on his face after talking. In the next shot it is free.
Revealing mistakes: When Jamie is looking for files on Andew's computer at work, the computer, an old IBM PS/2, is switched off (the power switch is down).
Continuity: The exterior shot of the apartment where the costume party takes place zooms in on an empty, darkened apartment and yet, the very next shot shows a very well lit apartment full of guests.
Crew or equipment visible: Crewman reflected in hospital door as Joe Miller opens it, after the trial.
Anachronisms: The home video of older home movies at the end has sounds of the children playing baseball, at the beach, etc. Home movie cameras of that era didn't have sound. Sound cameras came out very shortly before camcorders became readily available.
Factual errors: The actor who testifies that there was "one guy like that" when he was in the Navy states that he and his shipmates put the man's head in the latrine; latrine is an Army term. The Navy equivalent would be called "the head."
