The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this new feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes .

Sex & Nudity

No sex or nudity is depicted.

Violence & Gore

The code on how how graphic each one is. red=very graphic orange=violent blue=mild

*A bloody severed goat's leg is shown in this movie.

*A T-Rex bites on a man and makes him swing back and forth, very little blood is shown.

*A T-Rex attacks an animal showing blood on the animal and also blood dripping from the T-Rex's mouth.

*One shot shows a severed arm (very brief.)

Profanity

Some profanity; a few "shit(s)", some "hell(s)". Profanity is relatively mild throughout.

Ray is seen smoking casually when on the computer workstations.

Moderate threat, menace and peril are portrayed in the T-Rex and Veloceraptor sequences. The instances where people are consumed by the dinosaurs are intense, but there is no injury detail or gore. There also other instances of sustained moderate peril throughout (e.g. the electric fence sequence). The fantasy setting does tone down some of the intensity, but these sequences are suspenseful and caution should be taken when viewing with children under nine. The final third of the movie is intense as there is sustained threat
