• Crew or equipment visible: Shadow visible next to Nick and Devon in boat chase.
  
  
• Plot holes: The police hear Devon's information even after the phone line is yanked out in the warehouse.
  
  
• Continuity: In the beginning when Devon and Sanchez are following Nick McKenna while he is chasing Quintero by car, Nick uses his car door to slam Quintero to the ground. Quintero leaves a big dent on the door which is visible when Nick opens the door and gets out. In the following shot when Nick enters the car again the dent is gone.
  
  

• Continuity: When Reynolds jerks open the door of his apartment to let the grandmother leave, he breaks the chain. After a bit of dialog from the kid, he shuts the door and latches it with the (now unbroken) chain.
  
  
• Continuity: When the main characters are chasing a motorcycle they pass a couple of cars. In a next shot, they pass the same cars again.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: During the scene with Burt Reynolds (in a car) chasing a henchman (on foot) Burt drives through multiple fences and backyards. Just as Burt's hitting the last fence, he shouts "End of the line!" Immediately after that, in a side shot of the car, you can see a crew member bracing himself with his arm on the back of the driver's seat.
