Goofs:
Incorrectly regarded as goofs: The "Mig 23's" fought are actually F-21 Kfir C7 produced by Israel (in fact in the first movie they simply switched the color scheme on them). However, the Israeli Air Force has a long history of assisting in films involving air combat. This isn't a "goof" so much as a practical substitution issue. moreQuotes:

IRON EAGLE 2 is the best of the IRON EAGLE movies with its great sequences of exciting action, cool special effects, and memorable performances. It's not the best action movie ever made, but it isn't the worst one ever made either. It's worth renting at least one time. I wouldn't buy it, but I'd probably tape it off of television.
