Despite poor box office and generally “meh” critical reviews and mostly indifferent moviegoer word of mouth, David Duchovny insists there is still an audience for another “X-Files” movie. The audience is out there, if you will. Ahem. In an interview with The Daily Beast, Duchovny breaks down his current thought process on another potential “X-Files” movie: “As far as the X-Files movie I’d like to do next, if we get a chance to do it, would be a return to the heart and soul of the mythology, which is the alien-oriented conspiracy.
