20 hours ago | Twilight Examiner | See recent Twilight Examiner news »

Thanks to last week's The Twilight Saga: New Moon press junket, there is interview material galore, covering Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner as well as the rest of the New Moon cast. The greatest thing about it is that, with a cast like Twilight has, none are exact replicas of one another. In each interview, the actors express their opinions and views on the subject at hand with great pride and consideration. It's clear, from each interview, that they're happy and ready for the film's release. For starters, CNN has a double feature of the cast, featuring interviews with Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Elizabeth Reaser, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz, Michael Sheen, Dakota Fanning, Cameron Bright, and Jamie Campbell Bower ... »

Exclusive: Michael Sheen talks 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon'

9 November 2009 10:32 AM, PST | Twilight Examiner | See recent Twilight Examiner news »

If there's one thing to be said about this British actor, it's that he's a gentleman through and through. Michael Sheen - Aro in The Twilight Saga: New Moon - took the time to speak with us about his work in the film, and he was quite kind and enthusiastic about the discussion. Q: What is your perception of Aro as a character? Do you think he shows some blurred line between good and bad given that he puts an ultimatum on Bella becoming a vampire rather than killing her? Michael: I think that Aro thinks that he’s a really good guy. I love the idea that Aro thinks that he’s just a sentimental old fool and a romantic at heart, and he’s totally unaware of how vicious and violent and psychopathic he is. And I think that’s kind of makes him more creepy in a way, »

New Moon Chris Weitz Interview

8 November 2009 8:00 PM, PST | MoviesOnline.ca | See recent MoviesOnline news »

MoviesOnline sat down recently with director Chris Weitz, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, and producer Wyck Godfrey to talk about their new movie, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon.”

Director Chris Weitz’s success at adapting books for the screen, including “About A Boy” and “The Golden Compass,” made him an obvious choice for this project, says Wyck Godfrey, who produced both “Twilight” and “New Moon.” “Chris has a history of helming fantasy films with complex effects as well as intimate character studies, and he works well with young actors. But it is his appreciation of Stephenie Meyer’s books and characters that made him the perfect director for “The Twilight Saga: New Moon.”

Melissa Rosenberg is proving to be one of Hollywood’s most versatile and sought-after writers, seamlessly transitioning from television to the silver screen. She wrote the screenplay for the vampire romance phenomenon “Twilight” directed by Catherine Hardwicke based on »

New Moon Volturi Interview, Dakota Fanning, Michael Sheen

7 November 2009 8:00 PM, PST | MoviesOnline.ca | See recent MoviesOnline news »

We caught up with all the members of the Volturi and got to talk to them about their new film New Moon. Those who participated in the interview are as follows; Michael Sheen (Aro), Jamie Campbell Bower (Caius), Dakota Fanning (Jane) and Cameron Bright (Alec).

The Twilight Saga: New Moon marks the first appearance of the Volturi, the closest the vampire world has to royalty and a major force in the future of the saga. Centuries old and unimaginably powerful, they serve as lawmakers and enforcers for the community. The leader of the group is Aro, played by Michael Sheen. Sheen is no stranger to this world, having played a werewolf enslaved by the vampires in the Underworld series.

Q: Dakota, as such a fan of the series, you’ve said in many interviews before that you were really excited about this so what were the highlights of playing Jane »

Stephenie Meyer, Michael Sheen, Dakota Fanning, Ashley Greene and Director Chris Weitz On Set Interviews - The Twilight Saga: New Moon

7 November 2009 2:07 PM, PST | Collider.com | See recent Collider.com news »

As I said yesterday, while I never post studio provided interviews, when you’re dealing with a property like “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”, you make exceptions. Also, I know some of you “Twilight” fans and you want to see everything.

Here’s what you need to know: when actors are on set and filming a movie, at some point they do generic interviews for the eventual Epk (electronic press kit). Meaning some studio intern or production assistant asks the most basic questions and the actor answers them. They’re not exactly hard hitting interviews. But, like I said, you “Twilight” fans want to see everything and I aim to please. So after the jump you can watch on set video interviews with Stephenie Meyer, Michael Sheen, Dakota Fanning, Ashley Greene and Director Chris Weitz.
