So we're not focusing on "Saw V" as, frankly, ever since the original came out, that's always the usual focus for most sites running a Halloween week feature. Let's rather talk about quality films such as this week's MovieJungle.com focus on "Changeling." Oscar® buzz once again runs amock for another Clint Eastwood film with Academy Award® winner Angelina Jolie frontlining the powerful release. J. Michael Straczynski marks this film as his major entry into film releases. The writer has just under thirty credits to his name only for TV based releases. Of note are "Babylon 5," "Murder She Wrote" and "Jeremiah." As far as upcoming film projects go, we'll leave out those labeled as "announced" as anything as such can go either way. Stracynzki is in post production-phase for the James McTeigue ("The Invasion," "V for Vendetta") helmed "Ninja Assassin" starring Naomie Harris, Kang Sung, Randall Duk Kim, Rick Yune and Rain.

We recently had the wonderful opportunity to interview actress Naomie Harris about her recent role in Austin Chick’s August which available today on DVD from First Look Studios. Naomie is perhaps best known for her role as Tia Dalma in the recent film Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End. She is also currently working on Ninja Assassin by director James McTeigue (V for Vendetta). 1. Please tell us a bit about your background. Where are you from and what inspired you to become an actress? Born and brought up in London, England; and of Jamaican/Trinidadian descent, I have wanted to be an actress ever since I can remember. My mum says that even at two years old, when asked I’d say [...]

Our man Tristan has been stuck in the dreaded Hall H all day long, sitting through panel after panel after panel, afraid to leave for fear of not being able to get back in. Hopefully someone buys him many beers tonight. But perhaps all that waiting has paid off?
During the last panel he sat through, for James McTeigue’s Ninja Assassin, he got what might be some cool news regarding a new 28 Days Later. You see Naomie Harris, who played Selena in Danny Boyle’s classic film, is in Ninja Assassin and one of the audience members asked her if she would consider doing a 28 Days Later sequel.
Seems her reaction was very enthusiastic, and she even went so far as to say she had spoken with one of the original’s producers about that very subject recently, and there is a chance it may happen. Of course, it's

This week finds the U.S. Army bringing war games to a whole other level, a '60s sex icon getting an exposé, Ron Perlman returning as the defender of small fluffy kittens everywhere and Eddie Murphy taking cinema egotism to new heights.

After the warm reception his first feature "Xx/Xy" received at Sundance in 2002, director Austin Chick returned to the snowy slopes of Park City to debut his sophomore effort, which seemed to impress our own Matt Singer when he saw it in January. Assembling an noteworthy ensemble that includes the likes of Robin Tunney, Naomie Harris, Rip Torn and David Bowie, Chick follows Tom and Josh Sterling (Josh Hartnett and Adam Scott, respectively), two brothers desperately trying to right the sinking ship of their failing dot-com company in the weeks leading up to the devastating September 11th attacks.
Opens in New York.
