The USA Network has sent a green light to yet another series, this time titled White Collar as it lifts cast contingency for the show. The series, which stars Matthew Bomer of Chuck and Tru Calling and Tim DeKay of Tell Me You Love Me and Carnivale, will also feature director Bronwen Hughes of Burn Notice, Breaking Bad and Forces of Nature. White Collar is created by Jeff Eastin, who also serves as executive producer for the upcoming Fox Television Studios endeavor.
"USA is ramping up its production slate by adding a third pilot to its roster with White Collar," Jackie de Crinis, USA's executive vice president, original programming said in an official statement. "The unique dynamic of Matthew Bomer and Tim DeKay adds two memorable characters to the roster that defines the USA brand."
Texas-born Matthew Bomer, 31, began his career on television with soap operas All My Children and Guiding Light.

Eight months after HBO picked up Tell Me You Love Me for a second year, the TV series hasn't returned. Now, apparently, it never will. What happened?
The sexually-explicit drama debuted on September 9, 2007 and revolves around three couples, each with their own set of intimacy problems. They seek help from Dr. May Foster (Jane Alexander), an analyst with relationship issues of her own. The series' ensemble cast includes Michelle Borth, Tim DeKay, Luke Kirby, Adam Scott, David Selby, Katharine Towne, Sonya Walger, and Ally Walker. The tenth episode aired on November 10, 2007.
The ratings for the show's first season weren't great but HBO renewed Tell Me for another season after just four episodes had aired. Despite the renewal, the show didn't return to production. Now, it appears that the reason for the stall was that creator/executive producer Cynthia Mort couldn't figure out what should come next.

Emmy's winners for acting are chosen in a three-tier system by actors who belong to the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Finalists submit a sample episode of their best work to judges, whose scores are combined by accountants in a 50-50 mix with results of the original popular vote. The five nominees in each category are then announced July 17. Winners are decided based on judges' scores of the sample episodes and are revealed at the awards ceremony to
