Film.com has posted some new and very interesting interviews with Ashley Greene Alice and Nikki Reed Rosalie.nbspHere is an excerpt from Ashleys interviewThe first thing I noticed when I walked in the room was Ashley Greenes copy of Breaking Dawn on the table. We started there ...Laremy Legel Are you reading that now?Ashley Greene I am. Its different but I still think its interesting. Its a little less of the love story.LL I think Alice is the best character to play in Twilight because you dont have the weight and responsibility of the love angle but you do have a cool power. Do you feel that way too?Ag Thats what people keep saying! Your character is the coolest! And Im always like Well I think so because Im playing it laughs. But she already has her soul mate so shes out of the game. And

Not too long ago, we introduced you to "Flight of the Conchords" genius Jemaine Clement as Ronald Chevalier, sci fi author extraordinaire of Jared Hess' upcoming Gentlemen Broncos, as he expanded on some relaxation techniques. He's back with some more pearls of wisdom, this time letting us in on his masterful creative process. Even though in the actual film his creative process involves stealing a kid's (Michael Angarano) story while teaching at a writing camp. Be inspired below.

The viral -- at least, it appears to be going for viral -- campaign for Napoleon Dynamite director Jared Hess' next film, Gentlemen Broncos continues. The film tells the story of a teenager, played by The Forbidden Kingdom's Michael Angarano who attends a fantasy writers' convention where he discovers that ...

The new Israeli film "Jellyfish" (2007) -- co-directed by lifemates Etgar Keret and Shira Geffen, and a Camera d'Or winner at Cannes -- is both familiar and otherworldly. Israeli filmmakers, doubtlessly because of their particularly tense position in the world, of their society's fervent militarization and of the question of the Palestinians, love the everyone's-connected social-weave film, à la "Crash" (Amos Gitai has made several), bouncing amongst a variety of intersecting characters as a way to paint a portrait of the whole culture. As a sub-subgenre, it has its pitfalls, but as all of our cultures become more and more deracinative and immigrant-scrambled, it's easy to see the idea's allure. "Jellyfish," fortunately, adopts the mode but maintains modesty: a mere 78 minutes long (hallelujah), the movie is sharp and poetic on particulars (somewhat like Keret's short fiction, though Geffen is credited as the screenwriter), and is rescued from undue

The Middleground. The top 30 is the middleground, where you get to find out who are making headways and who are not. We maintain a rather skeptical view of some of the actors' performances (i.e. we're not yet impressed totally!). That's probably the reason why you might notice the low ranking for some of the more popular names, which you thought should have been way up there. Moving down the rankings were Ben Foster, Kevin Zegers, Michael Angarano, Chris Evans and Eddie Redmayne. New on the list are Keiran Culkin and Nicolas Cazale and completing the top 30 are Ben Barnes, Lou Taylor Pucci and Sam Riley. International Appeal. I should have mentioned that during the first time we launched our top 50 list last April, many took note of its 'international flavor' and that we feature French, German and even Italian actors. The trend continues as we get to discover more young talents.

Starring Kate Becknisale, Sam Rockwell, and Michael Angarano
Directed by David Gordon Green
Rated R
I was really impressed by Kate Beckinsale in Snow Angels, a slow, deliberate movie that moves inexorably towards the ending it predicts at the very beginning, despite any objections we may have to it.
Beckinsale plays Annie, a waitress in a Chinese restaurant. She's the mother of an adventurous little girl named Lila, and she's going through a very weird separation from her husband, Glenn (Sam Rockwell).
After she left Glenn, he drove off a bridge - on purpose - but came away unharmed. Needless to say, he's got some work ahead of him.
At the restaurant, Annie prods her teenage co-worker, Arthur (Michael Angarano from Forbidden Kingdom). Years earlier, Annie had been Arthur's babysitter, and he developed a massive crush. Snow Angels shows a series of relationships flying apart - Annie and Glenn,

By James Rocchi James Rocchi finds David Gordon Green to be "articulate and enthusiastic about both his intimate, chilly-climate drama" - that would be Snow Angels, featuring the young director's largest cast yet (Michael Angarano, Sam Rockwell, Kate Beckinsale, the list goes on) - "and his upcoming stoner-comedy action flick," Pineapple Express, starring Seth Rogen and James Franco and produced by Judd Apatow.
Snow Angels is now out on DVD.

Over at Geeks of Doom (http://geeksofdoom.com/), there was a cool interview with The Forbidden Kingdom (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0865556/) writer John Fusco, who talks about the main characters played by Jet Li and Jackie Chan. But there was also mention made of one of tMF's favorite young actors, Michael Angarano. - - - - - - I watched the movie and saw it again on DVD and I'm surprised that Angarano can get into character with such ease and style. After seeing him in Black Irish (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0455915/), one of my favorite Angarano movies, I'm amazed he can play such a different kind of role altogether. Here's what Fusco has to say, when asked about Michael's character: G.o.D: Michael Angarano’s character Jason is obsessed with kung fu and you have already mentioned your own background in kung fu. Did

DVD Links: Release Dates | New Dvds | Reviews | RSS Feed A quick note before we get started, Blu-ray.com is reporting "that at least one company will offer a limited number of Blu-ray Disc players for under $200 this holiday season." They do suspect these will be the "door buster" style players that aren't exactly the top-of-the-line and will be sold the day after Thanksgiving to make way for the newer players come December. Also, I had a mistaken release date back in August when I said How the West was Won (Ultimate Edition) was released on August 26. In fact it hits stores today and I linked to it in the "Even More" section below and the link will take you to the Amazon page with all three versions of the film that are hitting stores today. You can read my original write-up for the release right here or my DVD review here.

While we don't normally do viral stuff, I'm a huge fan of comedian Jemaine Clement and especially his great indy Eagle vs. Shark. So we'll give it a pass this time to let you know things are moving for Jared Hess' Gentlemen Broncos, and they're starting with a whole viral site about the character Clement plays, a self-obsessed fantasy/scifi author named Ronald Chevalier. For a little more background: "Michael Angarano stars as an aspiring fantasy author who discovers that legendary novelist Ronald Chevalier has ripped off his supposed masterpiece titled "Yeast Lords." There's a Ronald Chevalier website up and a little "relaxating" video after the break. In case you don't know who Jared Hess is, he wrote and directed Napoleon Dynamite, so yeah, we're excited.

You may be wondering who the heck is Dr. Ronald Chevalier? First things first, he's a comedian played by the hilarious Jemaine Clement from the HBO series "The Flight of the Conchords". Second, he's a fictional character in Jared Hess' upcoming comedy titled Gentlemen Broncos. For a bit of explanation, in the film, Michael Angarano stars as an aspiring fantasy author who discovers that legendary novelist Ronald Chevalier has ripped off his supposed masterpiece titled "Yeast Lords." Now Clement's character all makes sense and that's where the viral begins, with Chevalier's official website - ronaldchevalier.com. In addition to his rather trippy website, a video titled "The Art of Relaxating" has popped up as well. With The Dark Knight's viral an immense success, studios are trying viral marketing more often nowadays, and this is the latest attempt. However, considering this film doesn't even officially have a distributor yet,
