1980s: Narrated short story recording of "Wind Die, You Die, We Die" by William S. Burroughs.

1970: Filmed a 3-minute mini-pilot for "Mary Tyler Moore" (1970) Season 1, Episode 1: "Love Is All Around". This pilot was produced for CBS executives and featured Asner in a scene with Mary Tyler Moore in an effort to sell the executives on his casting.

Narrator for "Everyday Heroes", a documentary on how everyday workers responded to the terror attacks in New York, Maryland, and Pa.
