My DVD recorder broke about 2 months ago. I sent in the unit and I'm still waiting. Customer service told me it would be free, but their repair center tells me they can't start work on it until I pay them $130. Why can't these people talk to one another!
I'm tired of waiting. I need to buy a new unit. NOT a panasonic. Any recommendations?
